I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Manu in the Product Design and UX teams at FYERS, where he worked across multiple initiatives, largely within the investing domain. Manu approaches design with a certain sincerity and takes the time to understand the problem space before moving into solutions. He is not someone who rushes to close things quickly, but instead tries to arrive at something more considered and intentional.

Manu is willing to go back, iterate, and keep refining until things start rolling. He is open to conversations and aligns with the team rather than working things out in isolation. I’ve also seen him make a conscious effort to stay relevant with how our space is evolving.
